Development Infrastructure
We are headquartered in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley and IT capital of India and preferred destination for global technology companies. Our development facility, spread over an area of 8000 sq. ft, is located in the center of a commercial street in the south of Bangalore. Surrounded by serene residential areas, it is 14 kilometers from Bangalore Airport.

Capacity
Our development premises is spread over two floors and can accommodate 120 work stations with an option to add another 3000 sq. ft, seating 50, at short notice.

Entry restriction
Our premises have been certified under a custom bonded facility and the premises are guarded by an ‘Access Control System’ for the highest security.

Data Protection
Securing critical data is of the utmost importance. We build multiple firewalls and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), ensuring our development teams operate from different network domains. In addition to this logical separation, the teams are physically separated within the development facility thus maintaining 100% security of customer data.

  • The cafeteria is built on an open terrace where employees can sit during lunch and snack times. People development and cultural events have new meaning taking place on an open terrace with a view of natural surroundings.
Connectivity
Our teams are equipped with high-speed Internet connectivity and bandwidth from two different service providers as contingency in the event either breaks down.

Project Management tools
The essence of a transparent organization is the visibility of every project outsourced ensuring a client feels informed. We use dotproject and Mantis for work item and bug tracking respectively. We also use WebDev document sharing and reviews. We provide our clients access to these systems on a 24/7*365 day basis to login and review the progress of their project.

Customer Support
Our clients’ interface managers are connected to communication tools for regular interaction, review updates and support. They use Skype/MSN and VOIP phone for direct communication and commercial meeting tools for joint-reviews.
