A mechanical engineer and business management graduate, Rajesh brings with him over 13 years of experience in Sales, Business development, Consulting, Vendor management, HR, Business Operations and Administration. He held senior positions with AvianaNRIT, Hiranandani Software and Systems, and Bangalore Software Services before co-founding SourceEdge. He has vast experience selling software solutions in e-business and enterprise solutions related to ERP, CRM, SCM and marketing software development services in areas like Offshore, BPO and IT enabled services.

Rajesh heads the operations of SourceEdge and oversees business development activities as well as the growth of SourceEdge in the global market.


Shivakumar M.N.,
Chief Technology Officer

Shiva, a multifaceted man of ideas, heads SourceEdge’s Technology Practice. He has a great many outstanding achievements in his 22 years of experience in Software Development in specialized areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Point of Sales, Business Process Management, E-commerce, Digital Imaging etc. His greatest strength is his ability to see the wider technology picture on software design and development applied to tomorrow’s business process. His zest for technological perfection keeps SourceEdge’s innovation team on its toes and ensures that SourceEdge always offers the best solutions to clients.

He held the post of Director and Vice President – Technical at Bangalore Software Service before venturing to co-found SourceEdge.


John McCrae,
VP – Client Engagement and Project Delivery

John came to India from the UK as the Director of an Outsourcing company in 2002. During this time he managed a range of projects across different domains for UK clients. While in India and, after a successfully collaborating with SourceEdge on several projects, he decided to settle in Bangalore and joined the board as Director of Project Delivery and Client Engagement.

John started his career in the field of education and previously worked at the University of Hertfordshire as a senior lecturer and Schools Partnership manager. He specialized and lectured in developing effective uses of IT to enhance the learning of all age groups. Whilst in post he developed MIS software for the University and successfully implemented two systems. He maintains a personal interest in developing MIS software for higher education and education market and is able to capitalize on his excellent domain knowledge.


Sunil Kumar Benny,
Delivery Head – Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint Portal

Sunil holds dual degree on Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bangalore University & Bachelor of Technology in Computing from OPEN UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA. He held project manager position with Dell international services and product manager position for Microsoft products with Emircom, UAE before joining SourceEdge.

Sunil brings with him rich experience in pre-sales consulting, project management, business & project implementation consulting, partner management and team building activities. He was part of successful team in implementing many large scale projects on MS CRM & SharePoint to large institutions like Dubai World Trade Center, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Inzajat and Emircom in UAE.

During his stint with Dell Computer, Sunil was part off and successfully completed the yellow belt project on reducing the cost of the onsite dispatches made by the company. This project helped the company save $730,000 over a period of 6 months. He was also part of successfully completed Green belt project on reduction of the Repeat Dispatch rate (RDR). The project aims on saving more than $1.2 million on RDR hits. The project was estimated to be completed in 4 months and was finally completed with 2 weeks to spare..


Vasudev S,
Practice Head - Web Development

Vasu started his career with GE-Medical system in 1992 and part of IT team to develop inventory management system using Clipper on DOS clubbed with AS400. Gaining good experience and confidence, later he went on to build his own venture running successfully for several years selling software system on logistic solution for cargo companies.

He brings to SourceEdge his proficient skills in software development, managing business and building satisfied customers, learning business process of multiple business domains and technologies and managing people team to deliver goods.

He heads SourceEdge’ Web Development practice on both Microsoft and Open Source technologies and manages multiple teams working within SourceEdge
