While this model takes away all the pain related to resources hiring and long-term risks even after the project completion, we shoulder complete responsibility to manage the project from start to end, and at times post-development support as well.

Project will sail through under the tight control of project manager, seamless coordination, review and communication is ensured to give complete visibility over all the stages of development, and guaranteeing full benefits of cost, time and quality.

Pure Onsite Development
This model involves deputation of resources at client’s location due to varying nature of projects. Ideally, when the project requires highly skilled resources, good grasp over clients’ business domain, restricted exposure to move out data due to secret proprietary information or non-availability of resources, we augment qualified professionals fulfilling such criteria to work onsite. We serve such needs either on a short duration deputation or on a longer period deputation through proper counseling between client and resource.

Hybrid development
This model mixes best characteristics of both onsite and offshore models to ensure optimized cost and higher efficiency. Essentially, the complex business process and challenges which needs qualified resources onsite to conduct detailed requirement audit and consult the client’s user team will be deputed onsite. The complete requirement will be framed in stages of interaction onsite before development begins offshore.

When the client’s resources are completely tie-up with other crucial tasks or does not have bandwidth to manage the technical resources, this model makes the right fit. The model works either through two different teams working exclusively onsite & offshore or an initial team visiting onsite to conduct requirement study/consultation and resume back at offshore with development.
