SourceEdge is all set to launch it’s Flagship product ‘BA Studio’ in beta for commercial use by Nov 2012.

BA Studio™, 5th Generation RAD tool, is the product of SourceEdge's innovation since 2004, evolved over years of R&D from the base version 'AppGen'. So far both BA Studio™ and AppGen were used internally for product solutions development as well as to projects development for its customers as productivity tool; SourceEdge will launch this as a development platform and planning to market BA Studio™ globally. The beta of BA Studio™ is expected to be released in Oct 2012 and commercial version will be ready in Nov 2012.

BA Studio™ product suite, evolved from AppGen 1.0 is an advanced innovation, utilises a unique model driven development approach to create applications with a modern multi-tier design that support both web and desktop clients, with little or no coding.
BA Studio™ automates the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Requirement gathering to Deployment covering stages through Proto-typing, Code development, Testing to Documentation.

AppGen, the Application Generator, was a Rapid Application Development tool that was first developed by SourceEdge in 2004. 'AppGen' (Software Factory for Business Application) is a Model Driven Software Development tool that helps to develop a Windows/Web based application faster and enables organisations to deploy the software program in quick time.

The first version of AppGen was made ready in Nov 2004, aimed to achieve fast development life cycle by reducing code development time frame by 30%. Subsequently, the AppGen 1.0 was re-built in Aug 2006 with more powerful features that finally tested to 'Certified for Windows Vista' and enabling to build the application much speeder and reducing the code development time frame over 60%.
